Disclaimer

My Home Town Scotland has tried to provide website information and DVD content that is factually accurate. The majority of filming took place in 2007 and each DVD is a true representation of how the featured town looked on the days it was filmed. My Home Town Scotland does not take any responsibility for changes to a town’s appearance brought about by the demolition, reconstruction or change of usage of any building or site that may have occurred since filming.

DVD Format

All our DVDs are region 0 / uncoded and can be played worldwide. However, PAL discs must be played in a PAL compatible unit and NTSC discs must be played in an NTSC compatible unit.

Prices

All prices shown are in £ GBP (British Pounds Sterling) and total prices include tax and shipping.

Method of Payment

For your peace of mind we use PayPal to process our customers’ online credit and debit card payments. PayPal are trusted by thousands of businesses worldwide and provide one of the safest means available to shop on the internet. We never see your credit or debit card details, because PayPal process your payment and do their own security checks before telling us if your payment has been accepted.

Postage and Packaging

Postage, Packaging and shipping is charged at £3 for all orders. We will endeavour to despatch all items within 7 days of receipt of order. Delivery times from date of despatch will vary according to destination.

Refunds

Damaged or faulty items must be notified and returned properly packaged within 14 days of receipt. We will then be able to provide a full refund or replacement. We can only refund to the same credit card used for purchase. This does not affect your legal rights.
